Following the attacks of September 11th, the first "9/11 Truth Rally and March" took place in 2002, in the San Francisco Panhandle, marching up Haight Street and through Golden Gate Park to the Power to the Peaceful Festival. Every year since then, we have gathered in the Panhandle and paraded/marched to the Festival. Our rally begins at 10:00 am @ the Panhandle (between Oak and Fell at Ashbury). At 11:00 am we begin our march up Ashbury to Haight, through Golden Gate Park to Speedway Meadows and to the Festival, which lasts until 5:00 pm. For more info on the March http://www.communityc... This is a great way to get the word out to massive numbers - and remind yourself and others that we are not alone. The goal behind this action is to take over the Berkeley pedestrian overpass with banners of peace, truth, justice, accountability, etc... We have a few huge banners ("9/11 Truth for Peace", and "Expose the 9/11 Cover-Up" for example), but feel free to create and bring your own (just make sure it is visible!).

We're handing out fliers for John Fitzgerald at BART stations in his district (Benicia, Clayton, Concord, Crockett, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Fairfield, Martinez, Pinole, Pittsburg, Port Costa, Richmond, San Pablo, Vacaville Suisun City & Vallejo.). We have a ton of fliers printed up, but if you have access to a laser printer you can download the flier from John's website. http://johnfitzgerald... It's best to get to the BART station by 4pm, traffic dwindles after 7:30. John Fitzgerald is running for Congress as a Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives, District 7, in the June 8th primary election.
